Create policy - iOS/iPadOS


Basics

Name - iOS / iPadOS - WIP policy
Description - Windows Information Protection policy for all iOS / iPadOS devices.
Next


Target apps on device types -
I am selecting All devices. If selecting No, you can choose, Managed, Un-managed or Both

Select public apps


Select the apps you want approved.
Click - Select


The apps section will update
Click Next to continue


Data protection
Select the options that suit your business
Tip - hover mouse over the Information icon for more info on each selection
In this example, I have selected OneDrive for Business and SharePoint as locations for copies to be saved.

These are the settings I have selected for initial testing




Click Next to continue

Access requirements.
Set these to match the business needs.
Tip - match these settings with the settings in Baseline Policies, Configuration Profiles (device restrictions)


Conditional Launch -
Update these to match the business needs.
Use the drop down arrows to update settings.


Assignments -
Select - Add groups


Search for and select the groups
As I want this to apply to all my users, I am selecting the group used to enforce MFA (all users)


Click - Select - to continue

Next

Review and create
