Apps - App protection policies
Create policy - Android -
Name - Android - WIP policy
Description - Windows Information Protection policy for all Android devices.
Next
In this scenario, I am targeting apps on all device types -
If no is selected - choices are
I am selecting Yes -
Select public apps
Select the apps you want protected
Click - Select
The Apps section will update.
Next
Select the options that suit your business
Tip - hover mouse over the Information icon for more info on each selection
In this example, I have selected OneDrive for Business and SharePoint as locations for copies to be saved.
These are the options I have selected for initial testing
Click Next to continue
Access requirements.
Set these to match the business needs.
Tip - match these settings with the settings in Baseline Policies, Configuration Profiles (device restrictions)
Conditional Launch -
Update these to match the business needs.
Use the drop down arrows to update settings.
I have updated as below.
I have added the requirement of device lock.
Click Next to continue.
Assignments -
Add groups
Search for and select the groups
As I want this to apply to all my users, I am selecting the group used to enforce MFA (all users)
Click - Select
Assignments will update
Next
Review and Create
Create.
